Betsy Wilcox
How long have you lived in Coppell and what is one of your earliest or favorite memories?
I have lived in Coppell for 35 years. We moved here with a pre-schooler and middle schooler. Favorite memories involve enjoying the truly small town feel when we moved here in the late 80s.Watching our girls grow up here, and then having them raise their families here, is a special blessing.
Why is Coppell History important to you?
History is important because if we don’t know where we have been, how can we plan where we are going?
Do you have a Coppell history story to share?
Stay tuned....
Why do you enjoy being a member of the Coppell Historical Society?
I enjoy being around people who enjoy history and genealogy. As a former teacher, I truly enjoy teaching young people about the past, and how the lives we live today are built upon the effort , dreams and hard work of our predecessors.
