Hannah was born in Dallas and attended Coppell elementary, middle and New Tech High before graduating HS at Shattuck St Mary in Fairbault, Minnesota. She played local hockey with the Ice Jets academy and HC Dallas programs. In college she played hockey for 4 years as an undergraduate at Boston College. Finally, she received a graduate degree at The Ohio State University where she assisted on the lone goal to win the 2024 NCAA National Championship. In 2025 she was drafted by the Seattle Torrent in the PWHL. In 2026 she was
named to the USA Woman’s Olympic Team to compete in the Winter Olympics in Milan, Italy
