The Coppell Historical Museum is hosting an Independence Day celebration with decorations, outdoor games, snow cones, popcorn, and American flag giveaways. Activities include outdoor games, snow cones, popcorn, and American flag giveaways for children. At 11:30 AM, there will be an introduction to Independence Day, followed by singing of the National Anthem and patriotic songs by the Coppell Community Chorale. Boy Scouts will present the American Flag and lead the Pledge of Allegiance. There will be a brief overview of the Declaration of Independence, followed by a reading of the document. Families can explore museum buildings, shop at Minyard’s Store, and participate in the Junior Historian Program. It's a family-friendly event celebrating American history in Coppell.
